It’s official. We finally have the dates for the world champion football team, our Chiefs, coming to our city. What’s the plan, St. Joe? What are we doing to put our best foot forward to show these possible record numbers of visitors the best of our city? We’ve got just a few weeks. What’s the plan?
Losing more historic structures
We’re losing more historic structures on Frederick, the gateway to Downtown, instead of saving them. I understand they may have gone too far by now, but what happened? Last year, why weren’t they worked on? What about the year before? We need to be saving these buildings before they get this bad.
Repeating what they hear
I think there were three people in It’s Your Call, maybe four, but they made the statements that Joe Biden is such a crook. Let them list exactly what the heck they’re talking about because they’re full of bees. What they’re saying about him is lies. They’re just repeating the lies that they hear probably on FOX News.
Unfit to
hold office
Republicans are against voting rights, stricter gun laws, women’s rights to control their own bodies, banning books, Black history, drag show events, LBGTQ people, science, democracy and much more. They are out to destroy our great country, but what some Republicans are for is making sure they support Donald Trump in winning the 2024 election. No matter how many alleged crimes he has committed and indictments Trump is facing, he is unfit to hold any office. It’s a shame Republicans are not putting the American people and our country first.
